About Us:
Redbacks Netball Club is a member of the Metropolitan Districts Netball Association (MDNA), at Wembley Park, Coorparoo. We cater for teams from 6 years (turning 7) to 17 years and Opens. We train at Wembley Park, Coorparoo on a Thursday afternoon/evening.

Redbacks Netball Club compete in the following competitions:
- Teams in the MDNA Saturday Competition
- Teams in the Monday night Women's Competition
- Twilight Netball on Monday nights in term 4 for 9 years, 10 years and 11 years
- Tropical Tuesdays on Tuesday evenings in term 4 for 12 years and Intermediates
- Weekend carnivals at other associations including Downey Park, Redlands, Chermside and Underwood

Club History:
The club has grown from strength to strength since transferring from SDNA in 1994 fielding 17 teams. The Redbacks Netball Club is proud of its origins in the community, its connections with the area and its sense of community.
An important factor during the club history is the association with the Holland Park State School, almost all of the players and families came from this one primary school up to 2001. The school kindly let the Club use its netball courts for training sessions up to 2001.
The club has grown considerably since 2001 and now has players from a wide range of schools from all over Brisbane. We have players from Seven Hills, Coorparoo, Carindale, Holland Park, Carina, Tarragindi, Greenslopes, Mansfield, Cannon Hill, Macgregor, Bulimba, Balmoral, Mt Gravatt, West End, East Brisbane. Many of our families share travel arrangements.
